Alumni The school year of 2008-2009 has been full of improvements for the chapter in terms of adding new brothers. We are happy to have 24 new brothers in our ranks and are looking for even stronger numbers next fall. During this time we had a chance to have great events on home football game weekends during the day and the night before. We always are happy to see any alumni comeback and join us to cook out on the lawn before and after the games. The spring semester is currently well underway. In February, we went to New Orleans more specifically Bourbon Street where we spent 2 days and had our formal. In April we will be having a Beta-Eta classic our YZARC party; we have three days of fun with three different bands. We are currently in the process of preparing for rush where we will have brothers in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee recruiting new worthy gentleman. In Stephen Alonso Jackson’s words “May we not rest contently until the Star and Crescent is the pride of every college and university in the land!”
